After being almost homeless at the age 28 where he became unemployed, lost his girlfriend, and gained 50 pounds, Allan came to a realization that health is foundation of all success after reading a quote from the Dalai Lama:
 
“...he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

Since then, Allan has spent over fifteen years experimenting and researching different methods for personal wellness.  His own journey included dealing with chronic stress and chronic fatigue and working to loose weight he had put on trying to cope with simple everyday living.  Now, he has decided to share everything he has learned along his journey to help teach the world what it means to be energized and love life.
